how to generate reports with shift wise incidents created

Hi Team,

Below is my requirement , how can i achive this?

1. how many incidents has created today in each shift.

2, how many incidents has resolved in each shift

Hi Sinu,

               First create Report based on given condition and then schedule it, by using trend so you can schedule it shiftwise, check below link for trend
