How to generate total count of incidents & reopen count of incidents in single report ?

Please help me how to generate to get total count of incidents and count of reopen tickets in a single report.

Hi Neha,

In general to create a report that contains one column by month with all incidents created, and one column with count of incidents reopened i would create the following:

Table Incidents

Type Column over time

Trend by created by month

Then after save, add a dataset for following:

Table Incidents

Type Column over time

Trend by created by month

With the following filter:
