Hello Si Min,
Currently , there is no OOB way to make the MRVS information to be displayed in the approval screen, You need to customize the things and then script for displaying everything in the catalog task descriptions and approval emails and approval summarizer macro
I found an article where they were scripting everything to display the information of MRVS in the approval email and approval summarizer macro and catalog task .
The one thing which i really dont understand is if you have MRVS and if that has multiple rows and each row needs a different approval , when we are submitting that particular thing , how can approver know which row he is approving .
The only way i got is , we need to generate approvals through script for each row and populate MRVS information in the approval record description
Hope this helps
MARK THIS RESPONSE AS CORRECT/HELPFUL BASED ON THE IMPACT
Thanks,
Siva

Hi Siva,
Thanks for the quick replied.
This article I read before, but I still can't get the idea where to start with.
Are you able to give me some head start?
Thanks.
