How to hide Catalog item(Record Producer) on portal ?

I have created a record producer and published on service catalog on portal.

Also added Not Available for based on abc company. 

As per my understanding the above catalog should not be visible for user which belong to abc company. 

When I tried impersonating a user from abc company i can see the catalog item on the portal. But when I clicked on the form it showed below message.

You are either not authorized or record is not valid.

I want to hide the catalog item for abc company user.

I believe that, in order to hide it the way you want, you need to create a second catalog and make that catalog all togheter available to everyone except for abc company, and then offcouse add that catalog item in this new catalog.

There could be cache issue, Kindly clear cache multiple times or best would be to try in new browser. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.

but its not cache issue. I tried in incognito also. but still same issue.

Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items.

Find and open the record producer, then select Configure > Form Layout.

You'll want to select the Portal Settings Section under Form View and Section. Then scroll the available fields for "Hide on Service Portal"; then add it to the right "Selected" box.

You could then use this as a basis for a script that checks/unchecks the box depending on the users company.
