How to hide the "show more" and "show less" button on virtual agent chat in yokohama version patch 4.

Can anyone please help on this, it will be helpful.

Hi @mania 

Not sure why you want to remove this, but doing so will negatively impact the user experience.

If a search returns a large amount of data or content, users will have to scroll extensively to reach the bottom or next section — and the same applies when navigating back to the top.

So, it’s better to keep it as it is for smoother navigation and usability.
