How to highlight incident using a flag

Hi All,

 

We have escalation checkbox on the incident form to escalate the incidents.

How can we highlight incident for the escalated tickets using a flag just like the OOB vip flag. - similiar to OOB VIP icon.

Did any one implemented this, please share your views.

You can use System UI > Field Style and add your CSS to highlight the number which is escalated.

Hi Vasanth,

 

I have already added this CSS style and highlighted Incident number, But clients are looking for flag to be visible in the same way as VIP flag.

You can upload any preferred image to be shown same as VIP then upload and update the style same as "Caller" field style.
