How to highlight VIP user and visible on both Agent Workspace list and form views ?

Hello,

 

 For VIP user please have them highlight and visible on both Agent Workspace list and form views for the below tables: Incident ,Catalog Task, Request, RITM.

 

Is there any way? or any other possible solution then please let me know.

For Workspace , 

the OOB client script "Highlight VIP Caller" has DOM manipulation so it's won't work in workspace

Check this for workaround
