how to insert hyperlink of record in send email action in flowdesigner

Hi,

I've configured flow, and based on the conditions met on a record, it needs to send email. In the email i need to insert the record which matched the query as a hyperlink.

Can some one help how to insert the record as a hyper link RITm number  in send email action in servicenow
