How to integrate outlook calendar with change management

Hi Folks,

Is it possible to integrate Service now changes with Calendar, so that it will reflect as a meeting in calendar of particular group who has to implement the change(Assignment group).

HI,

You can use outlook plugin for this. But i think it comes with CSM.

We can also leverage Outlook api to insert the meeting requests.

I have configured it on my PDI mail has been sent but it's not yet received. Is there anything further that needs to be done.

Sorry - the link is dead. Is there a more recent workaround for this? CSM has a plugin but the feature is needed for Change Mgmt.
