@RamSagar Problem Management itself doesn't have specific versioning, but versioning applies to the overall instance and scoped applications. To find the relevant release notes for Problem Management, you should check the documentation based on your instance version.

You can go to plugins and search for "com.snc.problem" - here you will see as example below:
Please note, as @Gangadhar Ravi also have mentioned, the version wont really give you anything. You should instead look at the release notes when upgrading ServiceNow to new version.
