How to make container variable visible on public form

Hi everyone
I have created on public form there I have to put container between each variable but container split and end work well on portal view but not on the public form, please let me know whether we have any alternatives for this..

and what's the purpose of making it visible for people who aren't logged in?

Because it is a public form..this form should be available for everyone..I have achieved this by giving public roles to variables,widget and pages but could able to do the same thing to order status

@Nivetha23jay when you have a form and somebody submits it, you have the logged in person who is a submitter of that form, so you know their location, email, manager, position, etc.
What is the purpose to have a publicly accessible form? Then you are collecting data from anonymous / random people.... what's the purpose of that?
