How to make the Create incident record producer accessible to unauthenticated users?

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where the external users (unaunthenticated users who are not present in Servicenow user table) to access the "Create incident" record producer form (native UI). How can we achieve this?

Thanks for your reply.

I am unable to add public role to the catalog item/record producer but i have set the user criteria to Guest user. However, it does not work.

The other points mentioned in the link you shared are completed.

please add the user criteria of snc external in the Available for related list on that catalog item/record producer
