Non Admins are unable see the records(data) in a reference field on record producer

1. I have created a custom table in CSM scoped application. and I have created a record producer to create the records in that custom table.

2. On that record producer I have created a reference type variable which is referenced to that custom table.

3. As a admin  I can see the data in that reference field and I can search with attributes like Product name in english, product name in japan

4. but for some other users(non admins)-> if the display field is a custom field, they cant see the data(records) in the reference field. ->if i make number field as display field they can able to see the data(records) in reference field but they can't able to search with the custom attributes.

5. I have created table level read acl and table.* acl and field level (table.field) acl but still they cant see the data(records) and they cant search with custom attributes.

6. On the custom table--> it is accessible in all scoped applications as true.

can you please respond immediately if you know the solution.

Hi @VenkataMouC,

you can use Access Analyser to understand why particular users cannot see the records.

If ACL didn't help, you might check the (catalog) client scripts or display business rules...
