How to put a dashboard on the portal?

Is it possible to create a report or a dashboard and add it to the portal, available to certain users?

We have a widget called Reports you can add and call the dashboard which you want to display.

It will not allow me to add a "List" report which is what I need.  Other options?

You can create your own custom widget and display the list of records by applying the conditoin

in order to display a "list" report, use the html widget. 

here is code. copy what is in purple. for your list report, add the rest of your report that ends with slash forward / right after src="
