How to recover deleted KB article, with-out any other functional impact?

One or our ITIL user deteled draft KB, I can see that KB article is in deleted records. we would like to restore that KB.
There is "undelete with related " option available, can we click on that, will there be any other impact ? Please help and confirm.

No impact with undeleting.
If you want to be extra cautious, you can try in dev first (delete an article and then undelete)

I clicked on undelete i got the KB back but attachements were not recovered. because there is "undelete record" ( Rome) it says only record will be restored.
When I did same in test, attachements were recovered because there is "undelete with related" ( SanDiego)
