How to redirect to ticket page

I'm raising a request from portal but it is redirect to catalog home page.

But i need to redirect to ticket page like below.Please help me where should i change?Thanks

Hi,

please check "Page route maps". Type Page route maps in navigator and check which are true for in your case and modify accordingly.

Is this for catalog item or record producer?

Did you check Page route map for your service portal?

What's configured there?

It is Service catalog.
