how to remove empty space when the widget is hidden based upon role in service portal

Hi,

I have hidden one widget based upon the role. The users who is having that particular role, cannot see that particular widget. But the thing is , you can see white space as it is hidden. Is there any way to auto-tailor the widgets or removing the white spaces

i have tired that way but didn't work as excepted,I wanted to auto-tailor the widgets instead of displaying empty space which i have hidden by using user criteria .
