How to remove Prioirty from the RITM related list in SOW

Hi Team,

 

How to remove Priority from the list view of Catalog Task for all the users.  I have tried removing Priority from the list view in SOW, but it is not working

Have you tried that gear icon option :

You can personalized that list view using gear icon .

Hii @Sriram Pusuluri ,

1.Open any Request record or whichever record you opened in SOW in native UI
2.Go to related records >> catalog tasks
3.Right click on any column>>configure>>list layout

4.Switch to service operation workspace view

5.Make the changes and they get reflected in SOW related list .
