Hi Team,
How to remove Priority from the list view of Catalog Task for all the users. I have tried removing Priority from the list view in SOW, but it is not working

Nice catch! That is probably the issue here. Someone should have his admin rights revoked, messing with fields like that. Could very well be the related to the issue of it not working.

Using Gear icon, you can do that.
Also you can try with
- Navigate to sc_task.list in the platform.
- Click the breadcrumb filter icon on the top left and select View > Service Operation Workspace (if SOW is using a specific view).
- Right-click a column header and select Configure > List Layout.
- Remove Priority from the "Selected" list.
- Click Save.
