Hi,
I want to know how to remove the requested for from the widget after raising a request.
Because it is showing the wrong value. For eg. If I raise a request on behalf of someone else my name is displayed under the requested for.
If I go to the RITM there the values are mapped correctly, so I want to remove the requested for from the Widget. Since it's an OOB widget not able to edit it. But still we are able to choose what needs to be displayed under Instance options, but can't see the requested for in it.

Hi,
requested_for on REQ table is set with the logged in user who submits the catalog item
I have shared solution here; you need to clone the widget and make changes to it
Want to Hide or Change the "Requested for" in Summary of the REQ in Service Portal

Hi,
Thanks for the information.
Also to make sure if I clone the widget and replace it will impact anything?

Since we are not allowed to edit OOB widgets; we need to clone it based on customer requirement.
Ideally should not impact during upgrade or so.
