How to report on change request closed out of hours

I would like to filter or report on change requests closed out of hours (before 9am, after 5pm weekdays and all weekends).

Currently I can filter to only show change requests closed in the last year but the weekend and time filter is where i am lost. Looking forward to hearing your solutions.

There is a trend type report where you can actually select day,date,hours(in your case)  and trend those out so if you play around with that you will then show a beautiful report showing the hours.

I once did a study of if we needed a 24x7 call center by identifying how many calls we got in off hours and i identified that it was so low that it wasnt worth the extra cost.

I assume you are referring to the report "Incident Trend By Priority"?

 

"select day,date,hours(in your case)", can you please tell me how you did this? looking at the filters I cant see how. Thanks heaps
