how to restrict all the users so that they can not remove filter conditions by clicking on > symbol on header menu?

Update to above comment - Also when you have do changes in module the changes dont show sometimes and you may need to do a cache.do to see the changes. Ensure state 6 is the Resolved state in your instance aswell.
