Hello expets
We have requirment.
We have a field is Due date. If below conditions are met field will be visible. or else Hide.
Requirement is
Incident should switch back to WIP as soon as the set date/time is reached.
Please support to achieve this

It was very helpful! unfortunately, not able to achieve my target.
and i have tried below before update BR , but its working issue is after opening the ticket state changes to IN progress.
If it is possible to help, kindly correct me.
Below ticket state changes from onhold to WIP

@Ankur Bawiskar Can we achieve then same without affecting the user SLA based on the time zone of opened for user.
