How to set notification to requestor when a request is rejected - OOTB is set to approver only

What is best practice to ensure a notification is sent to the requestor when an approval is rejected, and to include the rejected comments? OOTB is set to approver only, which is strange as you would expect the requestor to get notified of this with the comments.

Apologies, I thought there was a simpler way. Here is an example screen shot - there is already a notification sent to the approver as you can see:
But there is no option to have 'Requestor' as well as approver in the drop down list:
This in my eyes would have been the simplest way to add a notification to another entity. You can have 'created by' but this doesn't suit what we want.

@simonjb It looks like you can expand "Approval For" and use "Opened By". I just tested (once, so please do more..) on my side and the notifs appear to go to the correct person in our implementation.
