Hi Team,
1 ) How can I setup reminder email/ notification/ alert to IT Agent when there is no update on tickets( like 3 days , 5 days, week etc..........)
2) How can a IT agent can setup perticular date on INC/RITM/TASK to move in progress when ticket is on hold ?
Eg : I have a RITM123, user will be available after two weeks, so I will hold this RITM123 for now, but I wan to setup a reminder date (two weeks) to move that onhold RITM to change state to inprogress ( or else a email notification required )
This will save lots of time who manages the aged tickets. Agents can keep get nudge and work on thier tickets, this will decrease no update tickets count .
Please help me, How can achive this.
