How to set this Email inbound action request?

I am new to Inbound email action, and please help me with this requirement.

you can create Inbound action of type "New" and then parse the email body and create record.

what did you start with and where are you stuck?

You need to understand how Inbound email action work try to check product documentation some video over google and then try to implement the use case provided to you. Just posting requirement here won't help you to understand concept and working for a long run and yes, if you are stuck in middle of creation same feel free to ask by mentioning what you did what is happening what is blocker so you will get answer very quick.
