How to share a template with a group/

How to share incident templates with a group? Suppose if Iam a member if 'X' group I should have the ability to share the template with our group

When creating/editing a template, there are 3 options:

- restrict to a User
- restrict to a Group
- allow everyone to see it

Hi Jim, I wrote an Acl to give ITIL user  access to Group. But how can i filter only the members the user is a member of

Do we have any option to share it based on roles instead of groups/ users.

How would I create a template that I only want to be visible to a specific group but still want that group to be able to edit the template?

When I untick the Global box, the group I specified can see the template, but cannot make any changes.
