How to share a template with a group/

How to share incident templates with a group? Suppose if Iam a member if 'X' group I should have the ability to share the template with our group

We have Global templates created by the Incident Manager, but all process managers need to edit.  I added our group ITSM Process Managers to the Group field, but people in this group still cannot edit.  According to this, Groups defined here should be able to "configure and apply".

I had to add role template_editor_global to the process managers group - they can now edit the global templates regardless of the group assignment on the template.

If the option is greyed out, make sure you have the correct role to share templates with groups - template_editor_group

If I check all User, Group and global. Which will be get more priority or which will get executed ? Please reply
