Hi Community,
I have build the catalog item and everything is working fine including the workflow, however i am not able to show the relevant tasks of catalog items in activity on service portal for an end user. Below is the reference screenshot, it shows the RITM created but the tasks are not showing in activity tracker.
Can someone help me how to achieve that.

I believe this would require a custom version of the widget which is not a good idea. However why do you need to show the task accosted with the RITM? The customer most likely does not care if 1 request takes 3 task and another might only be one task. Think of it like Amazon. When you order something they don't tell you the task it takes to get it shipped to you and you wouldn't care. All you care about as the customer is that it is delivered in the time frame Amazon promised it by.
