Hello,
I have a Catalog Item which I have some variables that are hidden from the request form as they do not need to be filled out during the request.
I want to make these hidden variables, which are empty, to be shown on certain catalog tasks that generate from this request so they can be filled out by the appropriate team. Even though I have chosen to show these variables on the catalog task, they do not appear because they are empty I believe. How to I go about showing empty variables from the request form on the RITM/SCTASK?

As Samaksh notes above, the solution is to use a UI Policy to hide the variables on the catalog item and only show on the catalog task. Also, be sure you have included those variables in your catalog task on the Flow or Workflow that you are using.
