How to solve this issue I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation

Hi,

I am getting this error for all the OOB topics in virtual agent  "I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation.".

Can anyone please help on this,It wil be usefull.

 The live_agent_support topic is already active and published but again it is showing the same error.

Please help on this.
