Hi Team,
I am planning to develop Automated test framework(ATF) in my project.
In my project we have 100 service catalog items build.
To test 100 catalog items do I need build 100 tests for each catalog item in the ATF? or or is it possible to test multiple catalog items with single test script?
Regards,
Raman.

Hi,
I think adding a field to either the catalog item, catalog category, or atf suite record should be ok, it really just depends on how you're organizing your tests and catalog. I would think about whether you'll always have one test suite per catalog item or multiple, or whether you might cover multiple items with one test suite. That should tell you where you need to map the field.
One other thing you might consider is that we don't necessarily recommend creating ATF tests for every single catalog item in an instance, as the maintenance overhead will be very high. I would pick your most business-critical items, your most complex items, and then a random group that covers core catalog features.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep
