How to transfer report ownership/viewership if user id migrates within service now

Requirement: We are transferring roles and group of 100 of users from old user id to new User Id.
The expectation is that whenever we are migrating from old user id to new user id, the report ownership and viewership remains intact. If any scheduled job is running for report, it should not be impacted.
How can we achieve this
