I would like to send a reminder to a support group manager whenever an Incident ticket is unassigned for more than 2 business days.
I know how to create the notification, I'm just not sure how to trigger it.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

I'm new to flows (have been using workflows only) so it's taking me some time. I don't know how to do 2 things:
How do I have my wait condition use my business calendar?
How do I attach the notification to the pill picker?

Hi @Joe Taylor
You can create a schedule in cmn_schedule
and then you can refer this in the flow.
For email, you can use Send Email flow action, or you can create a notification and triggered from flow action "Send Notification".

Hi Saurabh.
I think I'm close, but still can't get my flow to trigger automatically.
When I manually test it, everything seems to work.
Why won't it trigger automatically?
