I would like to send a reminder to a support group manager whenever an Incident ticket is unassigned for more than 2 business days.
I know how to create the notification, I'm just not sure how to trigger it.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Atul,
Yes, I saw this notification, but it will never be triggered.
It only goes out if the incident is created or updated.
The whole point of my question is I want the notifications to go out if the Incident isn't touched for 2 two days and remains unassigned.
