How to update Servicenow CMDB using AWS Config & SNS?

Hi All,

I'm trying to update CMDB for AWS Resources in Servicenow. I know there are two ways to achieve this,

1. Using MID Server.

2.   Configure AWS Config to update servicenow via SNS.

I would like to achieve with 2nd Method. Kindly share details step by step. I tried this url https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/istanbul-it-operations-management/page/product/amazon-ec2-cloud-p... , but CMDB is not getting updated.

I don't want to use MID Server.
