How would I remove "Unsubscribe" link from notifications?

Hi,

I'm editing OOTB notification sent to caller when the incident is closed. I need to remove "Unsubscribe" link from the template. However, "Notification Preference" link should remain? 

How do I accomplish this?

If I remove that, "Preferences" link also gets removed. I want "Preferences" link to stay on, but "Unsubscribe" link to be removed.

Is there any ways to accomplish?

Hi,

Sure. You can do this 1 of 2 ways, but the easiest would be to open that layout, click the (i) next to Unsubcribe and Preference and in the advanced layout script, remove:

just the notif_unsub part and the |

Otherwise, you can copy that whole thing, make a new one, rename it to preferences, and then use that as your new layout instead of editing this one.

Hello,

Open the notification and under "what will it contain" remove unsubscribe and preference and save the notification.
