HTML field is not displaying the box in the form

We have HTML type field, but its just showing the field name not HTML box as shown in below. kindly someone help here

Hello,

Check the TOOLBAR properties for your HTML type field someone might have hide those options. I believe you can control which option to showcase on HTML type field based on these settings.
