HTML type field formatting in KB Article

Hi Experts,

 

We are working on the HTML type field (Article body). The requirement is to set default text, font, font size in this field and to hide existing font and font size picker. This is achieved, but we observed that when we remove the entire default text, then the font and font size is changed to OOB ones.
Is there any way we can control this?

After you remove the default text, the HTML field will use OOTB font and size. I think its not possible to change this behavior. We have contacted ServiceNow support also on the same requirement and end up creating an Idea request but currently no workaround.
