I accidentally deleted the standard templates for change. Is there a way to get them back?

Please advice.

Turns out its an issue with the cache...I created an incident in HI and they suggested to change the page box to '10 per page' which was '600 per page' before.

That worked 🙂

Hi Amrita,

you can easily recover the standard template for change using the following functionality:

Use the Deleted Records module to restore a deleted record

Hope this will fix your problem.

Thanks Alberto.

The templates are not deleted. They have been removed from this view given below:

My requirement is to add the templates in this page.

Any suggestions?

I got your need now, type sc_category.list in the Navigator, then find the 3 record below and fill the column Parent to Standard Changes (see yellow highlighted).

In this way, you will be able to see again the 3 standard templates for change in Service Catalog.

Hope this will fix your problem!

I do have them under Parent --> Standard Change. And still it doesn't show me in the other view.
