There you go:
https://www.servicenow.com/community/in-other-news/where-do-i-start-my-servicenow-career/ba-p/227840...
After you are done reading this, get yourself a 'Personal Developer Instance from - developer.service-now.com and start exploring.
You will also have some great lab exercises within the CSA course on nowlearning. However, its always a great idea to have some hands-on exercise within the platform before you appear for the exams.
After you are done with above things, you won't need any dumps or questions but just in case you still want to practice to build confidence, try some practice tests for CSA on udemy (personal advise).
At last, all the very best. This is indeed a great platform, you will love it.

Hi @Kavin Prem,
welcome to the world of ServiceNow!
As others have already mentioned, registering on Now Learning to check out some courses and obtaining a PDI is a good start. It's also great that you're already preparing for the CSA, as it's almost always required for most roles in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Other than that, just practice, practice, practice. Once you've passed your CSA and feel confident enough, apply for your first ServiceNow job. Nothing beats real-world experience.
Some other useful resources: 10 Essential Resources for ServiceNow Professionals
A note on external study materials:
I generally would not recommend using them as the accuracy of information on these sites cannot always be assured. The learning materials provided by ServiceNow are all you need to take the exams. However, if you do choose to use such resources, it's really important to cross-reference all information with verified sources.
Best of luck with the exam!
Best regards,
Rene
