I have enabled Dynamic translation setup in our instance and its working fine in form level. But, The translation icon is not visible in Service portal. Please helpme to configure this. Thanks

I have enabled Dynamic translation setup in our instance and its working fine in form level. But, The translation icon is not visible in Service portal. Please help me to configure this. Thanks find_real_file.png

Could you please check whether the dynamic translator is active. If not make it active. 

Also check against the field Dynamic translation attribute is set correctly. (I am not sure what kind of record you are seeing portal)

Procedure

  1. Navigate to any form. For example, an Incident form.
  2. Right-click the required field and select Configure Dictionary.
  3. In the Attributes related list, click New.
  4. In the Dictionary Attribute form, fill the fields.
    Dictionary Attribute form fields
    Field Value
    Attribute Dynamic Translation Enabled
    Value true
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Click Update

I have already included the attributes. It's working fine in ITIL view.
But, In portal the translation button is not visible.
