Hi All,

We can achieve it by using email address filter.

1. Create Email Address filter and add that domain name in domains field that you want to allow

and add domain name in exceptions which you don't want to allow.

2. Create System Address filter and add this Email Address filter in that.

3. Open POP3 Email Account and add System Address filter in that.

Please see screenshot to achieve it :

Hope this helps to everyone.

Hi Nivedita,

You need to add your domains in the Trusted domains field in Email properties.

Thank You,

Kunal

Hi Kunal,

Are you pointing to this?

It is for creating users. When we select this checkbox it will create automatically users when we get emails from this trusted domains.

I want to create email accounts as well for my ServiceNow instance. I want to create multiple email accounts for my ServiceNow instance, then Users will be able to send email to more than one email address and we can create ticket.

its not possible what you are trying to achieve.

I didn't get you. Can you please tell for which question are you saying this.

I have two requirements :

1. I can use multiple email address for my ServiceNow instance.

2. We can allow multiple domains to get email and we can create ticket with that email.
