I need to extend the time it takes for an agents presence state to timeout and get set to offline in Agent workspace

Currently agents seem to be getting set to offline after 30 minutes of inactivity. we have an advanced support team that often goes longer then 30 minutes without activity in agent workspace

You need to increase the values in below system properties.

glide.ui.session.timeout
glide.guest.session_timeout
glide.ui.rotate_sessions

glide.ui.session.timeout - changing this setting from 30 to 60 is working for our Service Desk. Thank You!
