I only want the work_note that was submitted

Hello all,

     I built a flow that if an INC Task field is changed, then its parent INC work_notes are updated annotating that something has changed on the same Child INC Task.  It seems to work fine except for when I add work notes to the INC Task.  What currently happens is that I will make an initial entry of: "1st worknote". The parent INC worknotes are updated just fine.  I will then make another work_note entry of: "2nd worknote", but this time, it looks like "1st worknote" is appended to the "2nd worknote" entry.  I have attached a screenshot that details what I am attempting to describe.

Anyone know how to get just the latest work_note and not append previous work_notes to my Parent INC work_notes?

Never mind, I figured it out.
