Hi @poco
Create a New Order Guide Form
-
Create a Variable:
Add a variable named "Type of Service" with two values:- Onboarding
- New Hire
-
Add Variables for Both Options:
Include specific variables for each choice. Use UI policies to adjust the visibility of these variables based on the selected service type. -
Define Catalog Items:
In the rule-based setup, associate the appropriate catalog items with each choice. -
Use Cascade Variables:
Utilize cascade variables to pass the selected values from the Order Guide to the catalog items.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello @poco
- Use an Order Guide to combine both forms (Onboarding Form and New Hire Form) into a single form.
- An Order Guide allows you to bundle multiple catalog items into one form, where you can show related variables depending on the user's selection.
- This approach doesn’t require any changes to the existing workflows or variables.
- It makes use of existing catalog items (Onboarding Form and New Hire Form) within the Order Guide.
Hope this helps!
