I want to add a UI Action on my Incident form to create Story

Hello All,

I would like to add a UI Action button on my Incident form, to create Story (rm_story). Once the Story is created, I'll want the Story number/record to be visible on the Related List Tab of the Incident. 

ALSO, I want the created Story to also have the Incident number/record from which it was created to be auto-populated/visible on the Story's Related List Tab.

The Script to achieve this task is what I'm looking for.

Thank you for your response. 

The Script from the link created the Story from the Incident but I still need to figure out how to have the created Story Record Number to be visible on the Incident Related List Tab. 

Also,

To be able to see the Incident Record Number on the Story Related List Tab.
