Notification of incident task record information is sent by e-mail via Notification.
I would like to display the history of notifications in the activity like incident.

You can achieve this by using funnel right next to worknotes/additional comment field as shown in below screenshot.

where exactly are you referring?
are you saying about the activity logs?
if yes then it would only show emails sent on current record and not from other table

I create a button to send an email on the incident task.
In the button's UIAction, the event for sending the email is fired and a notification is made.
However, the history of the notification is not displayed in the activity of the incident task form.

Hi,
your form is incident_task
So if email is with sent state in email logs then only it would be shown in activity logs
