Hi,
On the incident form, there is a module field and right clicked and selecting the configure Label there showing see the below screenshot.
I changed the Application from Global to ActiveControl DevOps Integration application. And it was editable and I edited the label. See the below screenshot.
After Saving the form it is showing an error. Please provide the solution.

@ak49 Why you have created Custom field (Module) from a different scope to an incident form in the first place?

Reading the information on your screens, this means there is a field on the incident table called "module" (not out of the box) and the English LABEL is currently on the "ActiveControl DevOps Integration" application.
This could have happened if the customized Module field on the incident table was created by someone (pressed NEW dictionary entry) being on the "ActiveControl DevOps Integration" application.
If your issue is just with the LABEL in the English language, you can delete that record and recreate it on the GLOBAL application.
If you have just created the Module field on the incident table, I would recommend you to delete it and recreate it on the right GLOBAL application.
Whatever you do ensure you are on the right application first.
In the example below I deleted the Notify English label for the notify field (element) in the incident table.
