If i login to the Servicenow instance i am not able to see the left navigation

Hi,

If i login to the Servicenow instance i am not able to see the left navigation.

Please find the below screenshot and i am facing this issue even though if i login through different browser and Incognito as well.

 

It is opening only dashboard:

Hi,

No this is not the issue because someone from our team can able to impersonate my self.

But one thing just want to inform you that they have connected through VDI ...!!

 

Is this the issue why i am not able to see the navigation pane and not able to access the left menu and modules ?

Please explain it clearly.

Hi,

1. Try to login other browsers and check it.

2. Try to remove the existing role and save it. Readd the same role and try it. 

3. Clear your browser cache and instance cache both.
